This school provides four routes. The aim is for the service to be financially self-supporting and income is dependent on the number of girls using the coaches. The current prices are based on the number of passengers, and are kept under constant review.
The termly charge is based on one-third of the annual charge, irrespective of the number of days in the term.
Note that times given are subject to local traffic conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Should you wish to cease using the service then our terms and conditions require a full term's written notice or half a terms fees will become payable in lieu.
Should your daughter not make use of the service on particular days of the week, for whatever reason, the charge will remain the same. Likewise, should your daughter join part way through a term then the charge will be for the whole term.
Note that, subject to space on the coach, we offer the sale of ad hoc daily tickets to all pupils. These tickets can be purchased from the Senior School Office and the charge will be added to your bill.
Please ensure that your daughter is in possession of a permit to travel as the school needs to be aware who is travelling on the coach at any time, so that it can provide the relevant authorities with a list of passengers in the event of an accident, as well as knowing which parents to contact.
Please be aware that we charge for the coach service in three ways.
1) A termly pass for either single or return journeys everyday.
2) A termly pass for specific single or return days.
3) Ad hoc use, passes bought from the school office on a daily basis, subject to availability on that route.
