Fees from September 2009
The school fees to be charged from 1 September 2009 are shown below. It is the wish of the Governing Body that the fees remain fixed for 12 months but they reserve the right to make adjustments at any time should this prove necessary.

Payment of Fees
School accounts are payable on the first day of each term. This includes the payment of disbursements by parents using the Direct Debit Scheme. Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be added to all overdue accounts from the first day of term. Direct Debit Scheme; payments are spread over 10 months starting in August through to May of the following year, collections will be made around the 15th of each month.

Acceptance Deposit 
This is paid on first entering the school at the rate of £300 at Nursery level and in the Preparatory School. The acceptance deposit when entering the Senior School is £420, which will be returned when the pupil leaves the school less a fee of £50 for lifetime membership of the Old Girls' Association.

Discounts for Third & Fourth Children
Where a family consists of more than two children the following reductions would be applicable for both the Preparatory and the Senior School and be applied to the fees for the youngest child.

First and Second Child - no reduction
Third Child - 20% of tuition fees
Fourth Child - 30% of tuition fees
Fifth Child -  40% of tuition fees

The following condition would be applicable:
The discounts to be determined by the number of children at the school at any one time, eg a 30% reduction drops to 20% should the number of sisters attending school drop from four to three. It is applicable only on the actual fees of the third or fourth sister but not both.

Bursaries
Bursaries are available and are considered on application.

Notice of Leaving 
A full term's notice is required, given by the last day of the term prior to the intended final term. Full term's fees in lieu of notice are charged when the required notice is not given. Notice of leaving must be given in writing to the Headmistress.

After School Activities
The following out of school activities are normally available:
Tennis Coaching and Survival Swimming. Prices on application.
 
Public Examinations 
The cost of entry for public examinations and 6th Form specialist subjects is not included in the fees.
 
Text Books 
Text books used for 6th Form specialist subjects may be charged for at the new or second hand price, as applicable.
